Beyond Self-Grounding: Admissibility, Logos, and the Question of God

Abstract

This paper reinterprets the classical concept of Logos as an operator of structural admissibility ($N_1$). Rejecting mystical readings of the Johannine Prologue, "In the beginning was the Logos" is rigorously framed not as spoken language, but as the primordial condition of intelligibility. Formalized within the Theory of Axiomatic Necessity (TNA) as $\text{Logos} \equiv N_1$—the operator defining what can be structurally admissible—this framework provides an ontological explanation for why the universe is mathematically intelligible, why physical laws exhibit fine-tuning, and why complex systems converge toward stable, non-collapsing forms. By demonstrating that no operational domain ($N_0$) can generate its own boundary conditions, TNA shows that physical dynamics presuppose admissibility predicates. Rather than offering a theological proof of God, this approach reveals that classical metaphysical intuitions and modern theoretical limits converge on the same structural necessity: coherent existence depends on a non-derivable foundation that guarantees system stability against incoherence.
