Abstract
This preprint reports a wireless analytical platform for real-time monitoring of thin layer chromatography using LED-based bipolar electrochemistry. The work integrates bipolar electrochemical activation with thin layer chromatography to enable spatio-temporal visualization of analyte migration through light-emitting electrochemical responses. The study demonstrates wireless optical tracking of electroactive analytes during chromatographic separation, providing a simple and low-cost strategy for dynamic TLC monitoring and electrochemical sensing.
