Positioning and Distance Control of the Mirror Model: A 5-Layer Geometrical Conflict-Resolution Framework
Abstract
Traditional dispute resolution frameworks often advocate for empathetic engagement and active listening. However, in adversarial environments characterized by systemic deflection, bad-faith attacks, and bureaucratic evasiveness, empathy frequently compromises strategic leverage. This paper introduces the "Positioning and Distance Control of the Mirror Model," a highly tactical, non-emotional conflict-resolution framework that utilizes facts and logic as a reflective geometric surface. By calibrating the physical distance and spatial angle of the reflective surface, the model forces opponents into self-induced logical deadlocks (autotoxemia). Through five empirical case studies ranging from informal small groups to massive bureaucratic institutions, this paper formalizes five distinct mirror mechanisms: (1) Frame-Transitional Weaponized Mirror, (2) PointCapture Expansion Mirror, (3) Narcissus-Shattering Oblique Water-Mirror, (4) Truth-Luring Fixed Quad-Mirror Chamber, and (5) Irresponsible Bureaucratic-Language Dissecting ScalpelMirror.
