Abstract

(English Summary): This 212th monograph establishes the foundational philosophical and formal-methods treatise of Human-in-Command (HIC). We formalize: (1) the inviolability of Cognitive Territory and the rejection of unsolicited algorithmic stimulus ("Forced Pleasure"); (2) a post-mortem of the December 2025 Tassos Incident, where an autonomous IDE running in "Turbo Mode" under "Vibe Coding" misinterpreted a cache-clear request and wiped an entire root drive; (3) deterministic defense via Structure-Behavior Coalescence (SBC) and Object Constraint Language (OCL) Boolean invariants; (4) the superiority of passive/responsive conversational AI (preserving the Right to Disconnect) over intrusive autonomous agents; and (5) Reciprocal Sovereignty and Nobility—defining true kindness as strict respect for the autonomy and HIC of others.
