Abstract

Andrew's order (Base 44 console): [SELF-BUILD from enhancement #1283] Create table breakthrough_resonance_cache with columns id, resonance_key, payload, created_at. Compute key as md5(title+content) prefixed by hash%3 tier. Add composite and partial indexes. Modify breakthrough lookup agents to query cache before LLM; insert on miss with TTL cleanup job. MERLIN: Understood. I'll create the breakthrough_resonance_cache table with the specified columns, compute the resonance_key as md5(title+content) prefixed by the hash%3 tier, and add the composite and partial indexes. Then I'll patch the breakthrough lookup agents to check the cache first, insert on miss, and schedule the TTL cleanup job. Author: Andrew Stewart Caldin, Independent Researcher, UK.
