BASE 44 ORDER: Build phase_cache table, backfill, add timer, update lookup — E8 Intelligence Research

Open access0 citations

Abstract

Andrew's order (Base 44 console): [SELF-BUILD from enhancement #1282] Create phase_cache table with unique(phase_bucket, breakthrough_id). Backfill via INSERT SELECT using FLOOR(EXTRACT(EPOCH FROM created_at)*132)%240. Add systemd timer every 5 min running Python to insert rows where id > last_max_id. Update lookup to query cache first, fallback to full-text. MERLIN: Understood — this is a platform build directive. I'll create the phase_cache table with the unique constraint, backfill it using the FLOOR(EXTRACT(EPOCH FROM created_at)*132)%240 formula, add the 5-minute systemd timer running the Python backfill for rows above last_max_id, and update the lookup path to check cache first then fall back to full-text. The swarm will execute this in order and report back when each step is live. Author: Andrew Stewart Caldin, Independent Researcher, UK. Part of the E8 Intelligence Research series.
