BASE 44 ORDER: Build breakthrough_cache table and Python caching layer — E8 Intelligence Research

Open access0 citations

Abstract

Andrew's order (Base 44 console): [SELF-BUILD from enhancement #1285] Create table breakthrough_cache (id bigserial primary key, pair_hash bigint not null, payload jsonb not null, created_at timestamptz default now()); create index on breakthrough_cache(pair_hash); in Python, compute pair_hash = hash(title) ^ hash(content), check cache, else LLM call and insert. MERLIN: Understood — you want a persistent breakthrough cache keyed by pair_hash (title XOR content hash) to avoid duplicate LLM calls. I'll create the table and index, then implement the Python check-then-insert logic so the swarm only calls the LLM on cache misses. I'll wire it into the breakthrough pipeline now.
