From GNoME's Static Cartography to Real-Time Quantum Dynamic Control: Verbatim On-Site Speech Architecture, Index 45 (r = 5.03 Å) Adaptive Phonon-Gating, Stochastic-Vacancy CCE-3 "Dynamic Fingerprints" (L(t), S(ω)), and the Google Quantum AI × DeepMind × RTO P2.0 Platform
Abstract
This monograph permanently notarizes and mathematically formalizes the complete bilingual text of the author's four-part On-Site Speech Narrative ("現場でのスピーチ・ナラティブ①〜④") addressed to Google Quantum AI (Dr. Hartmut Neven) and Google DeepMind (Sir Demis Hassabis), including the full philological and physical restoration of the concluding clause of Narrative ① previously occluded by manuscript sheet overlap. While acknowledging Google DeepMind's Graph Networks for Materials Exploration (GNoME) for discovering 2.2 x 10^6 crystal structures as a "monumental cartography of the material world," Narrative ① proves that a 0 K static map fails during high-flux H2 mesopore inrush, where exothermic heat of adsorption (Delta H_ads) triggers structural breathing modes that degrade storage efficiency. Narrative ② establishes site-resolved quantum spin-phonon cartography around Index 45 at r = 5.03 Å—the exact phase-relaxation perimeter where localized phonon modes couple to migrating H2 fluid. By engineering the torsional potential of Zone II d4-BDC linkers in Cu(PC)/C60@MIL-101(Al)-d4, we construct an "Adaptive Phonon-Gate" that nonlinearly upconverts Delta H_ads thermal noise into delocalized acoustic phonons (eta_up >= 21.74%), transiently lowering the local H2 Arrhenius diffusion barrier ("turning thermal noise into a transport accelerator"). Narrative ③ resolves the "screen-to-lab gap" by injecting stochastic wet-synthesis vacancy distributions directly into a 3rd-order Cluster Correlation Expansion (CCE-3) bath generator, outputting non-destructive "Dynamic Fingerprints"—the Hahn-echo coherence envelope L(t) and noise spectral density S(omega)—to drive closed-loop real-time synthesis adjustment. Narrative ④ formalizes the joint Google Quantum AI x DeepMind GNoME x RTO P2.0 sovereign platform audited over the 64-bit Goldilocks prime field (F_p, p = 2^64 - 2^32 + 1) with sub-100-ns Human-in-Command (HIC) physical interlocks. License & Integrity Covenant: Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) with Strict No-Learn Covenant (NLL-v1.0-2026).
