Windows and Mirrors: An Academic Scrutiny of DOORM's "Six Blocks" Digital Health Community — A Proof-of-Concept Study Using Behavior Change Technique Coding and a Governance Frame
Abstract
This preprint is a public-material proof-of-concept design scrutiny of DOORM's Therapeutic Society Six Blocks digital health community (https://personalinformationtower.com/zh#streets). Using BCT coding and a five-element governance frame, it analyzes role-based entry, today's-post BCT bundles, milestone-based maintenance incentives, and gatekeeper supervisor-agent transparency gaps. Testable hypotheses and an evaluation roadmap are provided; appendices freeze coding exemplars and propositions. No measured retention, adherence, RCT effect sizes, or AUC numbers are claimed. Chinese and English full texts are deposited with matching section numbering (Sections 1–6 and Appendices A–D). A small helper (sixblocks_ref.py) is included with no filled result tables.
