Volume X: The Epistemological Arc: From Dual Clocks to Residual Risk, Molecular Entanglement and Sovereign Pathways
Abstract
This tenth volume narrates the epistemological and theoretical arc of the inquiry that began with a dual-clock distinction between an uncertain quantum-advantage timeline and an already-running cryptographic-migration and architectural-integration timeline. Successive volumes established quantum memory specifications, examined modular cryogenic interconnects and cryo-CMOS control as complementary solutions to scaling bottlenecks, quantified molecular entanglement entropy and the purifying effect of fermionic superselection rules, converted residual gaps into readiness indicators, and mapped those indicators onto sovereign pathways, concrete molecular systems and published 2027–2029 roadmaps. The arc demonstrates that usable quantum capability for molecular simulation and cryptographic relevance is governed by a vector of measurable thresholds—logical error, modular memory integration, cryo-CMOS power and superselection overhead—rather than by any single predicted year. The findings supply a practical, dual-clock framework for readiness that remains independent of vendor milestones.
