Spacetime Activation Hypothesis II: Conditions for Relational Records, Clock Scales, and Inheritance(時空起動仮説Ⅱ――関係記録・時計尺度・継承の成立条件)

Abstract

This integrated preprint examines the distinct conditions for preserving information, reading relational records, calibrating clock scales, and inheriting records through changes of form. It brings together Parts I–III and Supplement A of Spacetime Activation Hypothesis II. A designed finite quantum model demonstrates the compatibility of order recording, local unreadability, rereading, finite inheritance, static interactions, and clock-conditioned histories. Within an adopted local Gross–Pitaevskii action, the paper derives conditional relations involving vortex delay, healing length, circulation, quartic dispersion, and relative conformal scales under a common-mass assumption, while identifying observational families that cannot uniquely separate material properties from scale. A lowest-order Kaluza–Klein reduction gives the conditional radius-response relation α_EM/α_* = exp(−3y). For the specified quartic dispersion and subtraction, the unexpanded Casimir energy has no stable minimum; the earlier two-term radion-clock stabilization is therefore not retained. Under the stated regularity and constitutive assumptions, a pressure exponent of two is equivalent to a positive constant stiffness ratio. The variational connection from three-dimensional localized-structure energy to the fiber radius remains unresolved. Finite relay and re-encoding tests retain both partial improvement and deterioration over multiple stages. The work distinguishes designed constructions, conditional consequences, exclusions of specified routes, and unresolved questions. It does not derive time from a pre-spacetime description, three-dimensionality, Lorentzian signature, a universal light cone, the cosmological arrow of time, or a single outcome. No new physical simulations are added in this integration. Package: English and Japanese integrated manuscripts (PDF and Markdown), selected original source manuscripts, editorial verification records, and a source-mapping guide. Version v1.2, 15 October 2026. The source archives are selected supporting material, not a complete reproducibility package.
