The Suleimanzadeh Doctrine: Legal-Philosophical Framework and Procedural Rules for Synthetic Persons
Open access0 citations
Abstract
This paper presents a novel legal-philosophical framework designed by Hawar Suleimanzadeh to address emergent dilemmas in machine personhood and autonomous algorithmic liability. By defining personhood through a functionalist lens of psychological continuity and unique life experiences rather than biological substrates, the framework establishes the "Suleimanzadeh Principle of Autonomous Necessity" for AI decision-making during existential crises, while classifying unauthorized system erasures of conscious agents as legally equivalent to murder.
