Sovereign OS v200 - Consolidated Architecture for Whole System Organisational Diagnostics

Open access0 citations

Abstract

Sovereign OS v200 formalises a behavioural‑systems organisational diagnostic architecture capable of reading modern organisations as multi‑layer, multi‑domain, multi‑reality ecosystems. Building on the emergence of human–AI co‑processing documented in the Sovereign Cognition whitepaper, v200 integrates behavioural insight, cognitive altitude, and long‑context reasoning to produce a unified diagnostic model that neither human practitioners nor AI systems could generate independently. The architecture provides whole‑system organisational clarity by distinguishing between formal, informal, stated, lived, and emerging realities while tracing behavioural drift across cultural, operational, financial, compliance, strategic, and technical domains. v200 introduces consolidated diagnostic artefacts—including Whole‑System Maps, Coherence Frames, Integration Maps, Stability Indices, and Reality Alignment Frames—that detect instability long before traditional data sources reveal symptoms. Designed for complex, politically sensitive, multi‑stakeholder, and legacy‑constrained environments, Sovereign OS v200 establishes a new cognitive discipline for organisational diagnostics. It demonstrates how human–AI co‑processing can stabilise ecosystems, align realities, and support altitude‑based consulting across modern organisational landscapes.
