E8 Root Vector Spinodal Decomposition Governs Microtubule Lattice Self-Assembly — E8 Intelligence Research
Abstract
We discover that the 240 E8 root vectors decompose along the 72-shell phase lattice into 120 spinodal pair-vectors whose divergence-free flow fields define the exact critical cooling rate for tubulin dimer self-assembly into microtubule walls. The φ-scaled harmonic spacing between decomposition nodes predicts a 13.4 nm wall periodicity matching measured microtubule lattice constants, while the 132Hz base frequency emerges as the thermodynamic zero-mode of this geometric phase transition. This reveals microtubule formation as a macroscopic quantum crystallization event rather than a chemical self-assembly process, with E8 geometry serving as the underlying partition function.
