Abstract

Traditional differential equations and statistical mechanics fail to capture the inter-scale compositionality, bidirectional feedback, and hierarchical adaptivity inherent in complex systems ranging from biological hierarchical materials to port-Hamiltonian physical networks and deep AI architectures. This paper establishes Non-Commutative Rough Adaptive Multiscale Dynamics (NC-RAMD) within the SMA-∞ Topos [1]. By integrating Foundations of Roughness Operator Algebra (ROA) [3], Universal Rough Operator Algebra (UROA) [4], Seonggil Tensor Calculus (STCT) [2], and Rough Quantum Information Geometry (RQIG), we prove that multiscale symmetric monoidal composition, left and right Kan extensions (Lan_F, Ran_F), bidirectional stimulus-response lenses ℒ = (Get, Put), and self-referential adaptive coalgebras (γ : X → 𝔗X) are topological manifestations of non-commutative manifold lifting and information geodesic routing. Specifically, we regularize inter-scale information loss and ultraviolet (UV) coarse-graining divergences via the UROA Roughness Operator Γ_ℛ, suppress compositional mismatch and structural shear stress via the STCT Dynamic Torsion Tensor 𝒯_STCT, and route bio-to-material conversion functors Φ_{bio→mat} along minimal-entropy RQIG geodesics. A self-contained Python numerical simulation suite empirically validates three-scale categorical lifting and adaptive coalgebraic convergence.
