Abstract

This document defines the principles and technical requirements necessary for the implementation, operation, and succession of the Contribution Protocol (CP). It addresses community boundaries, the recording and preservation of acts of contribution, economic continuity, technical implementation, and the limitations of evaluation, and sets forth the conditions and endpoint of succession without dependence on any particular individual, organization, or system.
