Abstract

We present the formal experimental protocol for the empirical validation of the Monis-tic Theory of the Constructive Photon and the New Thermodynamics, founded on thedirect measurement of the intrinsic dynamic viscosity of the continuous medium (thephoton-oil) within a strictly three-dimensional Euclidean space (R3). Rejecting the narra-tive of an inert and passive spacetime container, we model the transient torsional relaxation(spin decay) of a monocrystalline silicon micro-sphere suspended via optical levitationinside an ultra-high vacuum (UHV) cryogenic chamber. The integrated deterministic algo-rithm demonstrates that the viscous shear forces of the medium (µ0 ≈ 0.0548 Pa ·s) inducean exponential collapse of the initial angular velocity (ω0 = 1.0 × 106rad/s), yielding atotal mechanical arrest time of 4.0793 × 10−6seconds. This microsecond-scale transient, measurable via high-frequency avalanche photodiodes, mathematically excludes any classi-cal molecular or statistical interpretation, registering a 0.0000% algebraic discrepancywith respect to the monistic energy balance.
