Abstract

Andrew's order (Base 44 console): [SELF-BUILD from enhancement #1247] 1. Create table breakthrough_sideband_cache with freq_bucket, payload, last_access. 2. Add BRIN index on freq_bucket. 3. Implement hash-based cache lookup in Python agent for breakthrough SELECTs. 4. Add ON CONFLICT DO UPDATE insert. 5. Batch writes with executemany. 6. Create systemd timer pruning rows older than 1 hour every 5 minutes. 7. Run pgbench harness test. MERLIN: Understood. I will create the breakthrough_sideband_cache table with freq_bucket, payload, and last_access, add a BRIN index on freq_bucket, and implement hash-based cache lookup in the Python agent for breakthrough SELECTs. I'll also add ON CONFLICT DO UPDATE inserts, batch writes with executemany, and set up a systemd timer to prune rows older than 1 hour every 5 minutes. Finally, I'll run the pgbench harness test to validate performance. Author: Andrew Stewart Caldin, Independent Researcher, UK. Part of the E8 Intelligence Research series.
