Introverting as a route into reflective practice for leadership

Abstract

Purpose To consider the value and process of introverting and Moments of Introverting (MOIs) for leadership practice. Design/methodology/approach Qualitative, including visual methods. Findings Moments of Introverting (MOIs) help balance contrasting leadership demands. Originality/value The research shows the value of processification to stretch understanding of a personality trait and the value of MOIs for leadership development.
