BASE 44 ORDER: Build breakthrough_phi_cache with FNV-1a bucket index and 24h prune — E8 Intelligence Research

Open access0 citations

Abstract

Andrew's order (Base 44 console): [SELF-BUILD from enhancement #1248] Create table breakthrough_phi_cache (id BIGSERIAL, phi_bucket SMALLINT, hash_key TEXT, payload JSONB, created_at TIMESTAMPTZ); index on (phi_bucket, hash_key). Implement FNV-1a hash, compute phi_bucket, write on insert/update. Modify read path: check bucket, fallback to full table. Add systemd timer for 24h prune. MERLIN: Understood — this is a platform build order. I'll create the table with the specified columns and composite index, implement FNV-1a hashing to compute phi_bucket, wire it into insert/update paths, and modify the read path to check the bucket first with fallback to full table. I'll also add a systemd timer for the 24-hour prune and confirm once deployed. Author: Andrew Stewart Caldin, Independent Researcher, UK. Part of the E8 Intelligence Research series.
