CTCUI — Manifesto of a New Cosmology (English translation of the founding document, 17 May 2025)
Abstract
Founding document of the Cosmic Theory of Consciousness and Universe Inheritance (CTCUI), dated 17 May 2025 – the first, popular exposition of the theory and its conceptual foundation. The full, developed and formalized treatment – including the mathematical operationalization, falsifiable observational predictions and research programme – is published separately as: “Cosmic Theory of Consciousness and Universe Inheritance (CTCUI) – scientific synthesis, v6.0” (Polish original: DOI 10.5281/zenodo.23220961; English translation: DOI 10.5281/zenodo.23244167). The manifesto introduces, in accessible form, the theory’s core claims: black holes as generative transitions (“cosmic wombs”) rather than terminal objects; the universe as one leaf on a growing tree of universes; accelerating cosmic expansion (attributed to dark energy) reinterpreted as the pressure of daughter universes upon the parent; consciousness as highest-order information that is inherited rather than annihilated at biological death; and cosmic evolution as an informational process optimizing the conditions for complexity and consciousness. The manifesto frames testability challenges (black hole demographics, Hawking radiation structure, cosmological modeling, quantum theories of consciousness) and the existential implications of the hypothesis. This record is the English translation (October 2026, by the author with Claude) of the Polish original (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.23301347), which preserves the historical starting point of the theory later developed in the scientific synthesis (v6.0, September 2026).
