Projection Primitive Hypothesis: Reconciling General Relativity and Quantum Mechanics via High‑Dimensional Projection
Open access0 citations
Abstract
This paper proposes the Projection Primitive Hypothesis, a framework aiming to resolve the long‑standing conflict between general relativity and quantum mechanics. The core idea is: the high‑dimensional underlying spacetime obeys the continuous, smooth geometric description of general relativity; after projection onto our observed three‑dimensional spacetime, discrete, probabilistic quantum behaviors naturally emerge. This model provides a potential path to explain the finiteness of Planck length, vacuum dispersion and other open problems in quantum gravity. Several testable experimental predictions and a list of open mathematical and physical questions are also presented.
