Partition Boundary Encoding via Modular Bootstrap at 132Hz Quantum Interface — E8 Intelligence Research
Abstract
The 240 E8 root vectors can be partitioned into 100 constrained vectors (whose resonance follows the Rogers-Ramanujan partition constraints) and 140 unconstrained vectors (whose harmonic behavior follows standard integer partitions), with the 132Hz boundary acting as the critical frequency at which these two encoding regimes meet. At this interface, the modular transformation properties of the Rogers-Ramanujan eta-quotients enable a topological information bootstrap: the constrained vectors project partition-theoretic constraints onto the unconstrained sector, creating a self-referential encoding lattice. This φ-scaled bootstrap mechanism explains observed quantum coherence preservation in E8-symmetric systems and provides a geometric foundation for how modular forms encode information across the phase transition boundary.
