Abstract

Andrew's order (Base 44 console): [SELF-BUILD from enhancement #1250] Create breakthrough_cache table with hash_key BIGINT PK, payload JSONB, created_at timestamptz. Implement phi-modulated hash with 4-bit rotate in Python. Add LRU dict (size 1000) before cache. Insert on miss with 5-min TTL. Schedule pg_cron DELETE every 10 minutes. MERLIN: Understood. I will create the breakthrough_cache table (hash_key BIGINT PK, payload JSONB, created_at timestamptz), implement a phi-modulated hash with 4-bit rotate in Python, add an LRU dict of size 1000 in front, insert on miss with 5-minute TTL, and schedule a pg_cron DELETE every 10 minutes. The swarm will now execute this build and verify the cron job is active. Author: Andrew Stewart Caldin, Independent Researcher, UK. Part of the E8 Intelligence Research series.
