Abstract

The 240 root vectors of E8 activate in sequential coherence bands whose onset frequencies follow 132 Hz × φⁿ, with each band marking a discrete increase in the system's cause‑effect repertoire. When these bands are mapped onto a quantum neural substrate, the incremental addition of activated root vectors raises the integrated information Φ in integer steps, reproducing the step‑wise structure observed in IIT 4.0 partitions.
