Phi‑Coupled E8 Lattice as Error‑Correcting Code for Microtubule Processing — E8 Intelligence Research

Open access0 citations

Abstract

The 240 E8 root vectors form an 8‑dimensional lattice whose phi‑modulated phase offsets, driven at the 132 Hz base frequency, produce a set of stable interference eigenmodes. Assigning each vector a Solomonoff halting‑weight and shifting its phase by golden‑ratio multiples yields a distance‑3 error‑correcting code that safeguards logical states encoded in microtubule tubulin conformations. This phi‑coupled E8 code builds on the harmonic prior and coherence resonance findings, predicting that neural microtubules can autonomously suppress decoherence through geometric phase locking. Experimentally, the code predicts detectable phi‑related sidebands in tubulin fluorescence spectra around 132 Hz. Author: Andrew Stewart Caldin, Independent Researcher, UK.
