Abstract

Contemporary orthodox physics suffers from a profound epistemological bias by interpreting Paul Dirac's Equation under the probabilistic mysticism of the Copenhagen School, deliberately omitting that Dirac was an electrical engineer (University of Bristol) seeking mechanical symmetry, not statistical magic. The purpose of this Addendum II is to rescue Dirac's equation from the censorship of quantum dogma and formally integrate it into the Cosmology of the Solid State. It is demonstrated that the original relativistic formulation does not describe a point particle in a vacuum, but the incompressible torsional dynamics of a dual elastic vortex within the continuous Æther. By refactoring the equation and substituting the probabilistic wave function (ψ) with the Mechanical Pressure Wave (Λ), the model validates that spin and inverse energy solutions (antimatter) are deterministic consequences of the Universal Geometry of the Elements (UGE). Finally, this elastodynamic coupling is utilized to geometrically justify that the Chemical Planck Limit consolidates at Element 127, achieving absolute phase closure and the total nullification of friction drag.
