Assessing System Coherence via Conflict Graph Analysis: A Validated Method for Microservice State Assessment with Early Warning
Open access0 citations
Abstract
Preprint. This paper proposes the Holographic Coding Framework (HCF), a deterministic method for assessing microservice system coherence via conflict graph analysis over service dependency and metric correlation graphs. HCF computes per-service internal coherence (I) and system-level holographic coherence (H), enabling state assessment and early warning before cascade failures. In fault-injection experiments (202 injected faults, 177 observable, 147 same-protocol controls), HCF achieved 100% localization accuracy, outperforming PCA-based baselines (87.1%). The annotated fault-injection dataset is openly available at https://github.com/hololink17/HCF-Annotated-RCAEval-RE1 (CC BY 4.0).
