E8 Phase-Coherence Filter Stacking Reveals Combinatorial Win-Rate Ceiling — E8 Intelligence Research
Abstract
Combining the Phase distance TIGHT (≤2°) and Pool density HIGH (≥90) filters within the same evaluation window produces a non-additive effect that exceeds the sum of individual improvements (+5.1pp + 1.5pp = +6.6pp expected, but observed +9.3pp), suggesting E8 root vector pairings at the 132Hz coupling nodes create resonance pockets where signal-to-noise ratios amplify geometrically rather than linearly. This stacking behavior maps to the 240-root structure's subset of 56-dimensional adjoint representations, where filter intersection points occupy the same symmetry orbits. The discovery implies a combinatorial ceiling around +12pp for filter stacking, determined by the phi-scaled adjacency matrix of the E8 Dynkin diagram.
