Empirical Silicon Benchmarking of a 32-Tile Parallel Hardware Substrate for High-Throughput Modular Sifting
Abstract
This paper presents the empirical hardware validation of the "OWJ Al-Areem" architecture—a modular, 32-tile parallel spatial compute substrate implemented and verified on an Intel MAX 10 FPGA (10M08SAU169C8G). The physical substrate was subjected to continuous real-time execution across a linear numerical interval of 19,000,000 integers. The system successfully completed verification in 404.83 seconds, isolating 1,192,109 verified prime candidates at a deterministic sustained throughput of 46,933 candidates/second. The empirical candidate density strictly conforms to the asymptotic bounds of the Prime Number Theorem (6.274%), demonstrating zero pipeline stall, functional arithmetic integrity, and bounded power dissipation (< 1 W). Patent application pending.
