Non-Commutative Rough 3D-Integration Dynamics (NC-R3DI) Subsuming Sub-2nm Microfabrication and HBM 3D Packaging Limits via UROA, STCT, and RQIG
Abstract
Sub-2nm logic scaling and High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) 3D packaging are inextricably coupled system limits. While lithography and atomic etching govern transistor power bounds, HBM stacking dictates severe thermal and memory wall constraints. This paper supersedes independent subsystem views by establishing Non-Commutative Rough 3D-Integration Dynamics (NC-R3DI) within the SMA-∞ Topos. By integrating Universal Rough Operator Algebra (UROA), the Seonggil Theory of Composite Torsion (STCT), and Rough Quantum Information Geometry (RQIG), we rigorously prove that atomic defects and stack warpage are topological boundary manifestations. Furthermore, hybrid bonding and optical interconnects are formally derived as geodesic optimization sub-loops protecting the unified logic-memory manifold.
