Integrasi Workflow Jurnal Keuangan Berbasis Website Menggunakan Analisis Pieces dan Metode Agile Scrum
Abstract
Hospital financial governance depends on how well the journal approval workflow is recorded and traced. The desktop-based Financial Information System (SIMKEU) used by the hospital under study supports journal entry and posting, but examination, approval, and endorsement are still handled through physical documents outside the system, so access is inflexible and the process status is not digitally documented. This study analyses the running system and develops a website-based financial information system that integrates the tiered journal workflow. Data were collected through observation, interviews with finance staff, the assistant finance manager, and the finance manager, and a literature study. The running system was analysed using the PIECES framework, while development applied the Agile approach with Scrum over approximately three months, with the researcher acting as a single full-stack developer. The system was built on CodeIgniter 3 and combines the existing Oracle database as the journal data source with MySQL as the workflow, access-rights, and activity-log store, so the legacy schema remains unchanged. Alpha testing of twenty function groups using black-box testing produced conforming results, and User Acceptance Testing with five respondents produced an acceptance rate of 76.89% in the Good category.
