TBT-Omega — Transformative Balance Theory: A Candidate Law of Transformative SufficiencyTBT-Omega — Transformative Balance Theory is presented as a candidate theoretical framework and not as a validated universal law. It proposes a candidate law of transformative sufficiency: a transformation can be correctly judged only through a representation that preserves the differences relevant to that judgment. In particular, the final state of a transformation is often an insufficient representation, because different transformations can reach the same final state while differing in process, cost, irreversible loss, reversibility, traceability, alignment, drift, risk, residual future transformability and uncertainty. The central claim is: Complete judgment requires sufficient representation. The framework introduces the transformative balance B-Omega as a candidate sufficient representation for evaluating transformations beyond final outcomes. The main operational principle is: To solve means to leave still solvable. This deposit is a prudent public version intended to establish authorship, timestamp, DOI and external criticability. The theory still requires bibliographic comparison, dataset validation, baseline testing, independent review and empirical refinement.

Abstract

TBT-Omega — Transformative Balance Theory is presented as a candidate theoretical framework and not as a validated universal law.
