Replication package for "AI, Structural Power and Governance Fragmentation: A Systematic Review and the Geopolitical AI Power Framework"

Abstract

Replication package for a PRISMA 2020 systematic review on artificial intelligence and structural power in the global political economy. It contains the exact Scopus and Web of Science queries (5 October 2026) and record counts per stage; the screening decisions for 1,199 deduplicated records, including a rule-based screener, a zero-shot natural language inference screener (BART-large-MNLI) and the adjudication of conflicts; keyword co-occurrence data and Louvain clusters for the 330 included studies; the 49-study qualitative core; the Python scripts used for screening, mapping and reference verification; and the article's figures. Abstracts and full database exports are not redistributed, in line with the licence terms of Scopus and Web of Science; records are identified by title, authors, year, source and DOI.
