Abstract
This is a course on cleaning data with openRefine for a given fileset of the "Seasonal School on Data Management in Biodiversity and Environmental Science" in October 2026. In the end there are some slides on making an Excel file with selection lists (instead of free text fields) using a Jupyter Notebook.
