The Finsler-Mucini Formalism and the Early Universe: An Analysis of the JWST-GLIMPSE Program
Abstract
This paper provides a formal analysis of the recent JWST-GLIMPSE program results ("A Glimpse of the 99%", Atek et al., 2026) within the framework of Finsler-Mucini Thermo-Relativity. We demonstrate how the unexpected structural resilience of early dwarf galaxies against destructive supernova feedback is naturally explained by the model's active information diffusion regime in high-energy, high-redshift environments. Furthermore, we outline how the strict timeline of cosmic reionization is topologically locked by the progressive saturation of the Finsler metric at ultraviolet scales, preventing chaotic divergence. Finally, this note contextualizes these early universe observations alongside the model's resolution of the Hubble Tension (67.4 to 73.0 km/s/Mpc) via the invariant cosmological infrared cutoff , offering a concrete predictive matrix for upcoming observations from the Euclid and James Webb telescopes.
