Abstract
Holcoglossum amesianum (Orchidaceae) is an important orchid species. This project reportedthe chromosome level reference genome of Holcoglossum amesianum based onPacBio, lllumina and Hi-C data. These data are helpful to clarify the ecologicalfunction of Holcoglossum amesianum and the evolution of Orchidaceae.
