Abstract
Cypripedium singchii (Orchidaceae) is an important orchid species. This project reportedthe chromosome level reference genome of Cypripedium singchii based onPacBio, lllumina and Hi-C data. These data are helpful to clarify the ecologicalfunction of Cypripedium singchii and the evolution of Orchidaceae.
