Abstract
Apostasia fujianica (Orchidaceae) is an important orchid species. This project reportedthe chromosome level reference genome of Apostasia fujianica based onPacBio, lllumina and Hi-C data. These data are helpful to clarify the ecologicalfunction of Apostasia fujianica and the evolution of Orchidaceae.
