Abstract
Pinus massoniana (Pinaceae) is an important magaphanerophytes. This project reportedthe chromosome level reference genome of Pinus massoniana based onPacBio, lllumina and Hi-C data. These data are helpful to clarify the ecologicalfunction of Pinus massoniana and the evolution of Pinaceae.
