Abstract

The question "Why is there something rather than nothing?" remains the deepest unsolved problem. Standard physics postulates existence; it does not explain origin of reality. We present solution within Theory of Everything Relative (TER). We define Nothingness $N_0 = T^0$ as Fifth Fundamental Force with quantum Nothon. Law of Conservation of Time: time cannot be created or destroyed, only transformed. Matter, energy, information are Nothon transformations: condensed Nothons = Dark Matter (solid time), flowing Nothons = Dark Energy (fluid time), pure $T^0$ = Black Holes.
