BT-PEC Ontological Grand Unified Topological Emergence Theory of Everything — Complete Global Rigorous Derivation from First Principles

Abstract

This preprint presents the BT-PEC ternary coupled topological dynamics framework, a candidate theory of everything built from first principles. It uses differential topology, persistent homology (TDA), bifurcation analysis and geometric quantization to derive the emergence of spacetime, fundamental physical laws, mathematical axiom systems, computational architectures, quantum phenomena and consciousness. Ten falsifiable cross-domain scientific predictions are provided for experimental and observational testing. This manuscript is the unified final version of the BT-PEC theoretical system, superseding all earlier draft versions v1.0–v5.0.
