Process-oriented approach to anti-crisis management of an enterprise
Abstract
In the modern conditions of the market economy, the organization is characterized by a functional approach to enterprise management. However, the frequent occurrence of crisis phenomena has shown that this approach is too cumbersome and does not allow for timely response to negative conditions. A more flexible approach is needed to manage the organization more effectively. Thus, the process approach is more appropriate, with its help it is possible to develop and optimize various business processes and optimize the whole process in general. The use of a process approach minimizes the impact of the human factor, reduces costs, increases flexibility and speed of management decision-making, and allows for timely response to changes in the external and internal environment. This approach is relevant and serves as an effective solution and prevention method for crisis situations.
