The Human Person: A complete structural derivation from determinate constitution to civilisation
Abstract
This paper derives the human person through the three La Profilée(LP) axes of constitution, identity under transformation, and coexistence. LP is the structural law instantiated by the human organism, the experiencing subject, the unified person, and the relational and cultural wholes in which persons participate. The first question is what constitutes the determinate bearer. The subsequent questions concern its continuation, its identity at class and profile depth, its constitutive self-presence, and its relations to other bearers. The human person is a necessary instance of LP. Constitution supplies the complete bearer and separates role completeness from profile completeness. The transformation axis distinguishes structural existence Q1, persistence-class identity Q2a, and continuation-stable profile identity Q2b. Subject conditions Q3, Q4, and Q5 specify constitutive self-presence, persistence-relevance weighting, and unified recursive integration on that bearer. Under realized plurality, Q6, Q7, and Q8 specify intersubjective recognition, durable interpersonal coupling, and normative cultural transmission. Consciousness, suffering, meaning, love, dignity, mortality awareness, shame, culture, and legacy are connected through this architecture and the exclusion arguments developed in the paper. Constitution fixes the carrier of those arguments; the subject derivation establishes their additional recursive conditions. Constitution, continuation, identity, subjective presence, and structural significance are distinct questions. A complete constitution is not automatically a conscious constitution. The onset of consciousness is the realized closure of active states into the bearer’s own governing transformation. The paper joins the constitution analysis to the existing Q3 closure, Non-Absence, and Perspectival Self-Presence arguments and follows their consequences through development, interpersonal coexistence, and cultural persistence. Biological implementation supplies how this architecture is realized; LP specifies why the relevant structural conditions belong together.
