Abstract

Retrospective OSF archive for a systematic review and exploratory meta-analysis comparing adjusted real-world treatment persistence/discontinuation estimates for IL-23p19 inhibitors versus IL-17 pathway inhibitors in adults with plaque psoriasis. This project contains the review protocol, search strategies, PRISMA flow diagram, screening and full-text eligibility materials, extraction workbook, ROBINS-I assessments, GRADE summary, R analysis code, and generated figures. The review was not prospectively registered; the OSF record was created before journal submission to support transparency and reproducibility.
