Non-Inertial Coulomb--Resonator Response Frequencies and Spectral Shifts in Hydrogen

Open access0 citations

Abstract

Version 8. This preprint develops a stability-selected classical Coulomb-resonator model in an effective non-inertial framework. A consistent action normalization yields a hydrogenic n−2n^{-2}n−2 Coulomb scale after empirical calibration of the action unit. Under a phenomenological stationary mean-power-balance ansatz, the model yields a conditional n−5n^{-5}n−5 series of stationary energy scales. The conversion of these scales into resolved electromagnetic spectral lines, including line amplitudes and linewidths, requires a separate derivation of the radiative response.
