Objectivity as Stable Path Availability Structure - Subjectivity, Intersubjectivity, Perceived Freedom, and Operative Freedom in the Architecture of Freedom Intelligence

Open access0 citations

Abstract

I propose a scientific reconstruction of the concepts of objectivity, subjectivity, intersubjectivity, perceived freedom, and operative freedom inside the Architecture of Freedom Intelligence. The thesis is that objectivity is not perceptionless truth but stable path structure across trained perceptions, observers, instruments, contexts, and methods. Subjectivity is not error but situated path access. Intersubjectivity is not consensus but coordinated path differentiation across observers. The argument rests on a single empirical asymmetry: structural distortion of paths is approximately observer-independent, while perception of paths is observer-dependent. The same staircase imposes the same geometry on every body that approaches it but produces different operative freedoms for different bodies and instruments. From this asymmetry I derive five layers — Absolute Freedom, objective path structure, shared perceived freedom, individual perceived freedom, and operative freedom — and show that they are not interchangeable. Freedom is infinite in absolute terms; operative freedom is situated. The Law of Freedom does not measure freedom itself; it measures access to real paths under structural distortion and recursive observer-structure state. The paper proceeds by operational definitions, examples, counterfactual stress tests, and methodological prescriptions. Each conceptual move is paired with a falsification test.
