Swarm intelligence, dynamic agency, and the recomposition of private property (Matter moves, title holds)

Abstract

A floor plan freezes possibility. It assigns sleeping here and cooking there, and it assigns them once, for the life of the building. This paper asks what private property becomes when that assignment can be undone safely and repeatedly. A dwelling is described as two coupled graphs: a physical graph of elements and the relations currently made between them, and a property graph of actors and the incidents they hold over objects. Regions, activities and agents are computed from the first at the moment of asking, and the description leaves every room unnamed. Fourteen experiments and fifty-two counterfactuals are run across two dwellings, eleven rights regimes and eight household demands. Three results carry the argument. Releasing the plan raises the activities a dwelling carries at one time from five to six for a household of four and from two to five for a household that hosts, while a dwelling of 119 square metres holding its plan carries three. Replacing 83 per cent of a dwelling's matter across eight rounds of maintenance and reconfiguration leaves all eight kernel invariants intact and the identifier, the plot relation and the rights schedule unchanged. And of fifty-two counterfactuals, the seven that moved the property itself all touched an incident or a relation, and none touched a shape. A ten-field property kernel is proposed, a Dynamic Property Capacity reading is offered as a candidate and read beside a partial order, and an observatory page carries every state. The paper states what would falsify each claim, and reports the places where the reading came back negative. Author ORCID: 0009-0008-6255-7724.
