Beyond Intelligence: A Proposed Feasibility Framework for Collective AI, Human Flourishing, and Ecosystem Preservation
Abstract
This paper proposes a feasibility framework for collective artificial intelligence designed to connect knowledge across scientific disciplines, identify errors through independent evaluation, and explore solutions beyond the capabilities of individual AI systems. The proposed framework establishes a 60/40 developmental priority between human flourishing and ecosystem preservation, subject to fundamental protections for human rights, personal autonomy, privacy, and freedom of movement. The study outlines a comparative experimental approach to evaluating coordinated AI reasoning, interdisciplinary discovery, independent validation, and safety. Artificial consciousness is presented as an open research question rather than an established capability. The objective is to investigate whether collective intelligence can accelerate discovery, improve quality of life, and support ecological sustainability without compromising individual freedom.
