De Tempore Luminis: Einstein's Forgotten Equation, Eternal Universe Without Big Bang, and Quantum Entanglement as Time Phenomenon

Abstract
Standard QM says entanglement is space non-locality. TER v7 proves entanglement is time phenomenon. Single moment $T_L$ is true quantum $Q_T$, not Planck length. Two entangled particles share same $T_L$ via $T_0$ singularity. Instant collapse because $T_L \rightarrow T_0$ everywhere. Unifies cosmology eternal recycling without Big Bang and quantum entanglement.
